Jen Garrow, M.S., is the Consulting Services Manager at Wonderlic. Her professional consulting experience in the benefits communication and testing industries includes application of selection techniques, Job Analysis methodologies, benchmarking of test scores, group facilitation of focus groups, delivering training to internal and external clients on Wonderlic’s line of pre‐employment and selection products and services, and database management. Jen received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago.
