Ruby Schmitt has been part of the Wonderlic team since 2009 and has shared her expertise in a variety of roles, including top performing Account Executive, Strategic Sales Manager and, in her current position, National Sales Manager. In her existing role, she leads the Business Solutions sales team that is committed to offering HR solutions to businesses at each phase of the hiring process.

Prior to joining Wonderlic, Ruby was the Sales & Marketing Manager for General Binding Corporation (GBC) which merged with ACCO Brands, the world’s largest supplier of branded office products. She has received various awards including Top Sales and Outstanding Customer Service.
