Daniel Nguyen, Ph.D. is one of the lead research scientists involved in content development, data collection, and statistical analyses of new Wonderlic studies and assessments. He is also the coordinator of the Wonderlic Leadership Invitational, a process through which organizations may measure employee engagement, understand organizational culture and improve leadership development.
Daniel earned his B.A in Psychology from Baylor University (TX), and his M.S in Experimental and Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas (San Antonio), leading to a Ph.D. in Applied and Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University (Carbondale). His research interests are primarily concerned with response distortion (faking) on non-cognitive assessments, personality assessment, and emotional intelligence. Currently, Daniel’s focus is in organizational development, organizational change, talent assessment, and leadership metrics. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Midwestern Psychological Association (MPA) and has been published in EEO Insight.
